Factory inspections at Lindoe, Brande, Aalborg

Pre-assembly in Esbjerg & Sassnitz

Implementation of the projects quality system. 

Corresponding quality measures into the offshore installation
phase of the WTG package.

Participation in the final walk-down of each turbine after
commissioning activities.

Ensuring that all deviations to
contractually agreed specifications and applicable technical
standards are well documented.

Support the correction of these deviations as much as possible
within the area of responsibilities and verify the successful
closure.

Perform additional quality activities on request.

Working in an offshore rotation, participation in the final
walk-down of each turbine offshore after installation and
commissioning, ensure correct documentation of all findings
and verify successful correction.

Support the handling process of the findings also onshore in
AWE’s offices in Mukran Port if required.

Perform the final walk-down of each turbine offshore after
installation and commissioning as well as potentially required
additional inspections.

Ensure that the specifications and agreed quality planning
documents are adhered to and ensure correct documentation
of all deviations.

Review and follow up on suppliers as-built documentation, nonconformity
reports, snagging lists to push and verify the
successful closing of these.

Daily status meeting with SGRE QA prior to final walk-down.
Regularly align with and report to the Hamburg back-office
team, the Quality Coordinator in Sassnitz and Site Managers.
